AOL Music Debut, Critical Raves For Marrow

Marrow’s edgy video for the single “Use Me,” featuring the SF-based electro-rock group performing amidst haunting imagery, premiered last week on AOL Music, and the band are winning raves from critics for their latest album ‘Sunshine Enema.’

Check out the “Use Me” video here:

Here’s what we’ve been hearing from press:

“Dark, nasty electropop... Joy Division meets Thrill Kill Kult, with lots and lots of keyboards...recommended.”
-East Bay Express

“Like a Top 40 Atari Teenage Riot.”
-SF Chronicle

“Dark Bjork, dark !!!, dark Duran Duran, then lasers!”
-Comme Ci, Comme Ca blogspot

‘Sunshine Enema’ is an eight song collection that features ferociously programmed beats coated with a dark pop sheen, with each track burrowing itself into the listener’s brain. As vocalist and songwriter Erin Fortes says, “we want to prove that misery can also make you move your gloomy ass.”
