GRAMMY "Album of the Year" nominee Herbie Hancock will perform George Gershwin's "Rhapsody In Blue" with classical pianist phenom Lang Lang at the 50th annual GRAMMY awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 10th. Prefacing that appearance, Hancock will play at the MusiCares Person of the Year Gala honoring Aretha Franklin on February 8th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

"a refreshingly different breed of 'concept' album"
- Jazz Times, Jan/Feb '08 (#4 Album of '07)
"not only among the more inquisitive and ingenious of 'tribute' albums, but the most encouraging sign yet that pop music of the last three decades can inspire probing, absorbing reinvention."
- Gene Seymour, Newsday, 12.30.07 (#6 Album of '07)
