Yesterday the Shore Fire gang came together to celebrate the birthdays of Matt Hanks and Anthony D’Amato before the holiday vacations kick off. There was a burst of flavors in the Suite 16 kitchen with a wide variety of cupcakes from Butter Lane. The seasonal menu brought us fall flavors including honey cinnamon and pumpkin, as well as year around favorites like espresso and french chocolate (aka Diva Chocolate, gaining its nickname from its highly time sensitive, quick melting chocolate icing). I was advised at the bakery that these “Diva Chocolate” cupcakes “don’t travel well” but they definitely hit the spot and won over the hearts of the SFM crew. One might say they were… Divalicious.

Although I missed the action shot of Matt and Andy blowing out the candles, here’s a nice “reaction shot” after their Happy Birthday song as the guys got ready to dig into those cupcakes. Happy early birthday, guys! Enjoy your vacations too!!!
