Yesterday’s Very Short List provided yet another interesting distraction online. TuneGlue is very much like Pandora (another favorite) but instead of creating a personal playlist, it makes a webbed map of your favorite musicians and connections them together.
Typing in Johnny Cash led to the following:
Bob Dylan ->The Velvet Underground -> Sonic Youth -> Pavement -> Built to Spill -> Modest Mouse.
Not wholly surprising but still a lot of fun to play with.
