James Hunter performed at the Americana Music Association Awards last weekend, where he was nominated in the New & Emerging Artist category. He didn’t win but he did make some new friends, including fellow Shore Fire client Elvis Costello. 
According to GO Records prez and all-around great person Kimberly Guise, “James got stopped constantly just walking down the street in Nashville.”
